Provider and business eligibility
B2B Trade Scout is supplied by Magma Productions Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales, number 13137932, registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, England, WC2H 9JQ. Contact hello@magmaproductions.dev for support, contractual notices, complaints or privacy requests.
The service is for people aged 18 or over purchasing for their trade, business or profession, including genuine sole traders. You must have authority to bind the business identified in your order. Consumer purchases are not offered under these business terms. A declaration does not remove consumer status where the facts establish it; mandatory rights always take priority.
Your contract and the service
The contract includes your accepted order, these Terms, the Refund and cancellation policy, Acceptable use policy, AI and research notice and, for customer personal data processed on your instructions, the Data processing agreement. An expressly agreed negotiated contract takes priority; the DPA governs processing conflicts. Privacy and cookie notices provide information and are not consent to marketing.
The service supports company discovery, AI analysis, private prospect management, trade tools, exports and optional mailbox connections. Check important results against original sources. We do not guarantee a minimum number of leads, complete or accurate third-party information, commercial replies, sales or financial results. Illustrative result targets are not contractual guarantees.
Plans and counting allowances
| Plan | Monthly price, excluding applicable tax | Searches | AI Analyses |
|---|---|---|---|
| Trade Basic | EUR 30 | 150 per billing period | 30 per billing period |
| Trade Pro | EUR 70 | 400 per billing period | 75 per billing period |
| Seven-day trial | Free | 20 in total | 5 in total |
Each new Smart Search or expansion uses one search. Optional Deep Search, when enabled by the administrator, uses the same shared search allowance and includes its fit review. One full company AI report uses one AI Analysis. Load more, reopening saved results and viewing an available cached report do not consume another search or report. Failed, incomplete or empty searches release their reservation; a failed report releases its report reservation. Paid allowances reset with the subscription billing period, not necessarily the calendar month. Trial limits cover the whole evaluation. Unused allowances do not carry over, have no cash value and are not paid overages. A separately agreed Team order specifies its own users, price and limits.
Trial and beginning a paid subscription
Creating an account starts a seven-day evaluation without a payment card. Account creation alone does not authorise a charge or automatic paid conversion. Without a separately accepted subscription order, the trial ends without a subscription charge and paid features require a subscription.
If you choose paid Checkout during your evaluation, Stripe shows the applicable first charge date, price, taxes and renewal terms before you confirm. The remaining evaluation is carried over; a later first charge may be shown where Stripe's minimum trial period requires it. The charge date displayed in the accepted Checkout order governs that subscription. Cancel before that disclosed first charge time to avoid it.
Payments, renewal and changes
Subscriptions are billed in euro and renew monthly until cancelled. The total, applicable taxes and first payment date are disclosed in Checkout. No additional paid feature or overage is charged without your agreement. Keep billing details accurate. A failed payment may lead to notice and restricted access.
Plan changes, including any proration or change to a trial end date, are shown in the billing portal before confirmation. Existing subscriptions keep their agreed price unless a lawful notified change applies. We give at least 30 days' notice of a price increase or materially adverse contractual change, applying no earlier than a subsequent renewal, with an opportunity to cancel before it takes effect. Urgent changes required by law or security may take effect sooner to the necessary extent.
Cancellation and refunds
Use Account → Manage subscription to open the secure billing portal and stop renewal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period; access continues until then. If the portal is unavailable, email our contact address from the account email. A cancellation request received before renewal is effective for that renewal even if we process it later. We provide confirmation. Stopping renewal and deleting your account are separate actions.
The Refund and cancellation policy explains incorrect charges, service failures and mandatory rights. Ordinary business subscriptions do not include a change-of-mind refund for unused days or allowances. This does not exclude refunds or other remedies required by law.
Accounts and customer information
Keep account information accurate, protect credentials and report suspected compromise. Use authorised individual accounts; do not evade quotas or share logins. You retain rights in the records you upload or connect. You authorise processing needed to deliver, secure and support the requested service under the DPA. You remain responsible for lawful collection, required notices and outreach instructions. Public availability is not unrestricted permission to market to a person.
Private CRM and mailbox content is not licensed for sale or unrelated model training. Optional mailbox access follows the permissions you authorise. Disconnecting stops future sync and removes the stored connection; previously imported messages remain until separately deleted. Do not upload sensitive, children's or criminal-record data to this general business service.
Service operation and suspension
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Maintenance, failures and external-service changes can affect availability; no specific uptime, response time or certification is promised by these terms. We will not materially reduce a paid period's core contracted service without an appropriate remedy.
We may apply proportionate restrictions for non-payment, unlawful use, material breach or security risk. Where practicable, we explain the reason and allow a reasonable opportunity to remedy it. Urgent protective action may be immediate. We restore access when the reason is resolved.
Ending service and obtaining your records
You may stop renewal at any time. We may terminate a material breach not remedied within 14 days of notice, or immediately where continued provision would be unlawful or create serious security risk. If we discontinue the service for our convenience, we give at least 30 days' notice where practicable and refund unused prepaid fees.
Export available records before access ends. If you cannot access an export, contact us: we provide an authorised return of customer data or act on a lawful deletion instruction under the DPA. Cancellation does not itself erase records. The privacy notice explains retention criteria and legally necessary exceptions; restored recovery data remains subject to applicable deletion instructions.
Intellectual property and responsibility
We retain rights in the software and branding and grant access for the agreed business use during the subscription. Third-party materials retain their own rights; exporting them does not grant unrestricted reuse rights. Do not copy our software, redistribute access or bypass protections, subject to activities applicable law expressly permits.
To the extent legally permitted, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Each party's aggregate contractual liability arising in a 12-month period is capped at the greater of EUR 1,000 or the service fees paid or payable for the preceding 12 months. This cap does not apply to fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, properly owed fees or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Individuals' statutory data-protection rights and compensation claims remain unaffected.
Complaints, governing law and version evidence
Contact us first with enough detail to investigate a contractual complaint. We aim to acknowledge it within five business days and give a substantive response within 30 days, updating you if more time is needed. This does not prevent approaching a regulator or exercising mandatory rights.
England and Wales law and courts govern genuine business contracts, subject to mandatory local rights and any expressly agreed alternative. We record the accepted policy version at registration and separately when a new subscription Checkout is requested. The legal centre provides dated copies. These terms do not retroactively create acceptance by an existing customer.
